Sponsorship Request Form

Over the years, Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has contributed thousands of dollars to community programs and organizations. While we firmly believe in the value of these gifts, it isn’t financially possible to honor every request we receive each year. We’ll do our best to support local people and events, especially those of you who shop locally and support our business.
